Topics(Time)
If you had a look at "TOPICS" you have seen that it is possible to extract topics from a document collection without previous knowledge. This can also be done as a function of time of course. To do this, we devide the collection into time intervalls of five years and extract topics from any of these subcollections. As the number of documents in any of these subcollections is smaller than in the complete collection, we reduce the number of topics to extract to 10. Now you are able to track how a topic changes over time. To make this easier, some keywords are highlighted in different colors.
