Time Dependencies
Time dependencies show the temporal development of quite different parameters as a function of time: publication activity, word frequency, cluster activity or thematic center movement. To estimate thematic center movement, a SOM analysis in two dimensions has been performed for all documents of a specific year. Then a mean for both SOM coordinates has been calculated. The plot then shows this calculated SOM center as a function of the year.
